Why does OEM certification matter for my GM collision repair?

As a GM Collision Repair Network shop, we are qualified to repair all makes and models of GM vehicles, including yours. After extensive training with OEM processes, tools and materials, our centers have been authorized to repair GM vehicles while maintaining any remaining manufacturer warranties. Our expert technicians will repair your Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac right the first time so you can get back on the road and back to what’s important.

Benefits of GM OEM Certified Repair

High Standards

Who has higher standards than the manufacturer? When our expert technicians perform OEM certified repairs, they utilize OEM-approved procedures and state-of-the-art equipment to make sure your vehicle meets or exceeds the high standards put in place by your vehicle’s manufacturer.

Expertise

OEM certifications signify the experience and know-how of our technicians, and the trust vehicle manufacturers have in our centers. Together with industry-leading training and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, OEM certifications mean our expert techs will repair your vehicle right the first time, every time.

When Genuine Parts Are Used

OEM parts are made specifically for your vehicle, so when our expert techs replace them during a repair, they aren’t “like new”; they are new.

Customer Service

As an authorized OEM collision repair center, we have access to all the same customer service covered by your vehicle’s warranty. With OEM customer service on call, we can be sure that your collision repair experience meets or exceeds your previous experiences with your vehicle’s manufacturer.

Safety

Modern vehicles are finely tuned machines built around a network of computers, cameras and sensors. If even one of those parts isn’t put back in just the right way, your vehicle’s safety systems could be compromised. Proper collision repair that meets OEM specification doesn’t just keep your vehicle running smoothly; it keeps you and your family safe on the road.

Maintain Resale

Your vehicle is a major investment and we want to help you maintain the value of that investment in the event of a collision. Beyond the color of the paint and the shape of the bumper, OEM collision repair with parts and procedures provided directly from the manufacturer can help you maintain the resale value.

Specialized Repairs

Top-of-the-line vehicles require specialized repairs with OEM-approved equipment. Our expert technicians undergo rigorous training and OEM certification to know how to repair your high-end vehicle and what tools to use.

Warranty

We stand behind all our collision repairs on every vehicle with a written limited lifetime warranty.

GM Training & Expertise

We have undergone rigorous training to ensure that we follow GM manufacturer's repair procedures to their highest standards. Our technicians use repair techniques which have been tested and approved to keep your vehicle running smoothly and safely.

With such a diverse range of automotive technologies found across GM makes and models, it's essential to conduct pre-and post-repair scans and adhere to certified repair procedures and calibrations for every certified repair. This ensures that the GM vehicles we work on maintain the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the process.
